Pictures taken during workshop with Nicolas Pascarel, during the winter of 2017 and 2018. It expresses the gloom of a grey sky and flat light, yearning for the rays of the sun. Its also reflects the moods one often feels when one is devoid of sentiments or inspiration and needs the motivation to look for that sunshine which follows the storms, especially the warm, hot light of the tropics.

The main theme of this workshop was building a photo series, narrative and photo stories. Nicolas was with us during the day, to direct us with our photography, and with the slideshows, critiqued and help us to build the body of work into a photographic Narrative, story and slideshows.
